Abstract

Master thesis deals especially with concept of the biomass hot water boiler 150kW for wood chips burning. The introductory part is focused on stoichiometric calculations of air and flue-gas components, and also the heat losses and boiler efficiency. The main part is devoted to calculating the heat balance of the combustion chamber and design of the heat exchanger flue gas-water. The last part evaluates the investment costs of technological units.
