Zhodnocení procesu výběru a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci státní správy

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of employee selection and his/her following adaptation at the Town Council of Klimkovice. The thesis consists of practical and theoretical part. Theoretical part describes theoretical outcomes of the selection and employee adaptation, while focusing on historical development of human resources management and planning. The plan of tender and employee adaptation are introduced. Theoretical part also describes the standard used for thesis processing concentrating on questionnaire analysis. Second part of the thesis consists of description of organization structure of the Town Council of Klimkovice. Current state along with the selection process and employees adaptation are analyzed. Employees have been given annonymous questionnaire regarding their personal experience with tender and adaptation process at the Council office. They were also given the opportunity to describe the attidue of their collegues during the adaptation period. Based on the answers collected from the questionnaire analysis, suggestions and recommendations were set to improve selection process as well as adaptation period in order to avoid risk of losing employees. It was recommended to post announced tenders on the official profile of the town on the Facebook platform, agree on cooperation with education institutions in order to address graduates as possible job applicants, improve the preparation of executive employees for the tender. During the adaptation period, new employee should get familiar with the office culture and be given specific work card with a plan to faciliate smoother involvement during the hectic adaptation period.
