Analýza procesů odboru informatiky městského úřadu

Abstract

Oblast informatiky hraje zásadní roli ve fungování městské správy, což vyžaduje důkladné porozumění procesům a povinnostem zaměstnanců odboru informatiky. Tato práce měla za cíl analyzovat procesy na odboru informatiky městského úřadu středně velkého města a identifikovat případné nedostatky a rizika v jejich činnostech. V průběhu analýzy je použita metoda SWOT a metoda uživatelských požadavků. K vyhodnocení rizik a dopadů možných scénářů nedostatkových procesů byla použita metoda RIPRAN. Návrhy řešení, metod a postupů byly v závěru zpracovány a jejich přijetí snižuje pravděpodobnost vzniku rizika.

The IT area plays a critical role in the operation of City government, which requires a thorough understanding of the processes and responsibilities of the IT staff. This thesis aimed to analyze the processes of the informatics department of a municipal government of a medium-sized city and identify potential gaps and risks in their activities. The SWOT and user requirements method is used during the analysis. The RIPRAN method was used to evaluate the risks and impacts of possible scenarios of deficient processes. The proposed solutions, methods and procedures were finally elaborated and their adoption reduces the probability of risk.
