Abstract

This thesis deals with the topic of operative system of management of custom manufacturing in the Hon-kovo spol. s r.o. company. Theoretical part of the thesis is aimed at typology of management focusing particularly on the area of operative management in a company and importance of information gathering and processing. Practical part analyzes current operative system of management in the given company and explores the possibilities of making this more effective. The aim of the thesis is to devise a new system of operative management that would simplify and speed the activities in pre-manufacturing stages of the production of legs and other metal components of the office furniture.
