Blata, J., Ph.D. The bachelor thesis is focused on the application of tribodiagnostic TD methods when determining the influence of the purity of operational and technical liquids on machinery. The aim of this thesis is to asses the status of the real hydraulic and cutting system, and the process of the degradation of operating liquid. The theoretical part is showing general problems of tribology lubricating systems, defines the wear of the friction surfaces and provides an overview of the used lubricants. The practical part is focused on the application of TD methods on HYDROMAT HB 45/12 used in the manufacture of automotive parts. Based on the analysis of operating liquids of the device through laboratory results with subsequent evaluation of measurements, appropriate recommendations were selected for more rational usage of the machinery.
