Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the design and application of an online monitoring system for checking the technical condition of the equipment. The implemented system evaluates the condition of the machine on the basis of monitoring the values of vibrations associated with temperature measurement. It is a technically advanced and reliable option of monitoring the technical condition, which nowadays commonly occurs in production plants as a part of production automation.

Initially, the work deals with the analysis of vibration diagnostics, multiparametric diagnostics and also a description of the used software applications VES004 and MONEO. Within the practical part of the work, a technical design of the solution was made, a real application was made and the components used were described. The final chapter contains an evaluation of the measured data with recommendations for correcting defects.
