Analýza navíjecího mechanismu rybářského prutu

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the winding mechanism of a fishing rod, with an emphasis on its structural design. The introduction includes a literature review related to the structural classification of fishing reels. This is followed by a multi-criteria analysis that evaluates different types of reels based on defined technical and user criteria. The next part of the thesis is devoted to a detailed analysis of a specific reel model using reverse engineering, which includes measuring components, creating 3D models, assembling the parts, and designing the gearing in KISSsoft software. For selected parts of the mechanism, a strength analysis is performed using the finite element method, along with a bearing life calculation according to ISO 281. Based on the obtained results, potential structural improvements are proposed. The thesis is supplemented by technical drawings of selected components provided in the appendix.
