Zhodnocení úrovně wellbeingu u zaměstnanců vybrané organizace

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on assessing employee wellbeing in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to propose recommendations for improving employee wellbeing. In the first part, the author explains the concept of wellbeing and the factors that influence it, as well as wellbeing models and the consequences of poor wellbeing. The practical part introduces the selected organization, including its history, employees, and their activities. This is followed by an analysis of a questionnaire survey and proposals and recommendations for improvement. The methods used in this thesis include synthesis based on a literature review, a questionnaire survey, structured interviews, and analysis of internal documents.
