Návrh robotizovaného pracoviště pro svařování lodních skladových kontejnerů

Abstract

Master thesis deals with design of a robotic workplace for welding of shipping storage containers and design its peripheral equipment. In the beginning of the thesis are described types of container and their current production process.In the following part there are stated types of positioners available on the market. Based on the requirement sheet, three variants of robotic workstations are proposed. The final workplace is selected by multi-criteria analysis, which is then developed. The main part of the work deals with the design of the positioner itself and its parts. The function of the device and its construction is described in detail in the chapters. Computational and technical documentation and also a detailed 3D model in the CAD system Creo Parametric were also prepared for the work. The last part deals with the economic evaluation of the design and production times.
