Optimalizace transferové čelisti pro postupový lis Verson 4000

Abstract

This thesis deals with the optimization of transfer system on press line disk. The main objective is to design the intermediate member, which allows height adjustability each of jaws while maintaining rigidity. The introduction of the work is focused on acquaint with the specific issues related to pressing and interoperating transport on the press and it is also focused on the analysis of particular mechanisms required for the construction of the intermediate member. In the practical part is discussed the design process, including part of its examination, ending technical and economic evaluation. The work also includes drawing documentation. The project owner is company Maxion Wheels Czech Ltd.
