Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to design belt conveyor for waste disposal machinery used for coal transfering. The thesis includes research on the theme of waste disposal machineres and belt conveyors, calculation of transport output and conveyor according to ČSN ISO 5048. The calculation of transport output is also compared with the graphic – numerical method. The work also includes the strength calculation of the shaft driving drum and the tensioning screw, which are part of the belt conveyor. The design of belt conveyor and tension station are attached to this thesis.
