Abstract

The topic of this work was the analysis of consumer behaviour in the online education market. Its main objective, as the name itself suggests, is to analyze consumer behaviour in the online education market. The sub-goals include analyzing the motives for not using online education, analyzing attitudes to leisure education, analyzing the user-friendliness of Seduo's online learning platform, and analyzing the reasons for not using Seduo's online learning platform. With the help of quotas, a basic set was established. The research was conducted using a structured questionnaire that was placed on the Internet. By analyzing the data, it became clear that many respondents do not learn in their free time. And even more, they don't use online learning platforms. Recommendations and suggestions have been proposed to change this situation.
