Faktory ovlivňující atraktivitu zaměstnavatele

Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis examines the factors influencing the attractiveness of the employer. The main goal of this thesis was to evaluate which of the seven factors defined in the theoretical part have the greatest influence on the choice of a new job or stay in an existing job, whether the individual factors interact and whether different groups react differently to them. The evaluation took the form of a questionnaire survey of 233 respondents, where the results show that the most attractive factors are financial evaluation, working conditions and environment, employee satisfaction and work-life balance. In the end, possible suggestions and steps are formulated, which individual employers can use in increasing their employer brand.
