Abstract

This Diploma Thesis solves design laboratory plasma furnace with a cold ladle. The accent is put on cooling ladles, molds, feeders, and coats and leaving the furnace atmosphere. Attention is paid to the inlet and outlet of coolant, the monitoring process, melting temperature and melt temperature of output media. The introduction deals with available plasma generators and plasma technology, followed by a technical report describing the functions of the equipment and the necessary calculations in structure: list of requirements, organ function and structure, morphology and matrix structure of the building. 3D model of the proposed facility is attached.
