Abstract

The subject of this thesis will be the relationship between work motivation, job satisfaction and the problems of human resource management benefits in selected companies focusing on the planned personal development of employees and their assessment and remuneration in relation to job performance. In the theoretical part I will describe basic terms the phenomenon of motivation in relation to satisfaction, evaluation and remuneration. The motivation is closely related to self-fulfillment, and employee training, which I will devote to in part of human resource management. The practical part will examine the conditions in a particular company and also analyze the current state of the system of remuneration and fringe. Finally, summarize all the lessons learned from both parts of the work and outline some possible ways to further extend the debate on this issue.
