Návrh zařízení pro objemové plnění pytlů zemědělskými komoditami

Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a variant design of a filling device for filling bags with agricultural commodities. The introductory part of this bachelor thesis is devoted to description of possible variants of volume filling of bags with agricultural commodities. The following part contains technological calculations and a variant design of the device used for volume bags filling, size 50x80 cm, 56x80 cm and 56x110 cm, with corn, wheat and soya. The next steps are: strength analysis of loaded components, selection of suitable components and variant calculation of the transport capacity of the filling equipment. The resulting design of the device for the volume filling of bags with agricultural commodities is documented in the drawing part of this bachelor thesis.
