Návrh nové technologie obrábění součástí se žárovým nástřikem

Abstract

This Master Thesis deals with Proposal of New Technology Machining of Parts with Thermal Coating. First part introduce a thermal coatings technology with a special view to plasma spraying. In the same part are presented basic information machining of thermal coatings. Especially turning and grinding operations. In the practice part of this thesis is described a current technology of turning the coating which is sprayed on the workpiece. There was propose a new technology of machining – grinding. There is a techno - economic evaluation including a calculation of time and cost savings. In conclusion there is analysis of the whole innovation.
