Vliv komunikačních bariér na kvalitu a bezpečnost činnosti

Abstract

Nedostatek, nesrozumitelnost a neověřená validita verbálních a písemně odevzdaných informací může mít nejen v bezpečnostním managementu nepředstavitelné následky. V návaznosti na zadání této bakalářské práce a na základě rozboru teoretických přístupů v řešené oblasti byla provedena analýza interpersonálních komunikačních bariér ve společnosti FERRMON, spol. s r.o. Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikace vlivu komunikačních bariér na kvalitu a bezpečnost činností.

Lack, incomprehensibility and not verified the validity of verbal and written information may have unimaginable consequences, not only in safety management. The analysis of interpersonal communication barriers in the company FERRMON, spol. s r.o. was made following the award of this work and based on the analysis of theoretical approaches in this area. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the inpact of communication barriers on quality and safety operations.
