Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the calculation and design of a vibrating screen for general material for separation into two fractions. The main objective of this work is to design a vibrating screen according to the specified transport volume and the sizes of the required fractions. The introductory chapter contains the basic classification of vibrating screens and their description and possible solutions. The following chapter proposes the sizes of individual shaped screens and the size of the screen. After individual calculations, individual parts of the screen were selected and designed, including the drive. Based on calculations in the PTC Mathcad Prime 10.0.0 program, calculations were made, and individual parts were created in Autodesk Inventor 2023.
