dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na uživatelské testování internetových stránek cestovní agentury. Cílem práce je zhodnocení použitelnosti nových webových stránek a odhalení nedostatků a chyb, které brání uživatelům při práci s webem. Pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétně metody uživatelského testování, jsou sesbírána data a provedena jejich analýza. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navržena doporučení, díky kterým se zvýší použitelnost webové stránky.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis is focused on user testing of travel agency's website. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate a usability of the new website and revealing shortcomings and errors which prevents users from working with the site. Data are collected by using qualitative research method, concretely user testing, and then analyzed. There are recommendations that will increase the usability of the website based on the results of the analysis.en
