Analýza a systematizace neshodných výrobků ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

The Master Thesis deals with the analysis and systemization of non-conforming products in a selected machine engineering company. In the introduction basic features of the Quality Management System are explained together with characteristics of well-known concepts of the Quality Management System, as well as other features from the field of quality that are used in the practical part of the Master Thesis. In the Master Thesis analysis of the current state of the Quality Management System and non-conforming products has been carried out. The aim of the thesis is to find weaknesses in the Quality Management System and propose measures to improve the Quality Management System and decrease extra costs for non-conforming products. In the final part of the Master Thesis the overall assessment of the measures proposed and the assessment of the current state of the Quality Management System has been carried out.
