Racionalizace výrobního procesu v podmínkách strojírenského podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá racionalizací výrobního procesu zdroje RVH110E+. V teoretické části je uveden popis s dělením výrobního procesu a eliminaci plýtvání pomocí metody 5S. Druhá část práce uvádí informace o firmě TESCAN Brno s.r.o., ve které práce byla vykonávána a je definováno problémové místo, kterým je výrobní postup zdroje RVH110E+. Na tuto část navazuje popis aktuálního stavu výroby zdroje, ze kterého byla vyvozena hlavní část této práce. Stěžejní část práce se zabýval optimalizací zjištěných problémů při výrobním procesu zdroje. Závěrem práce je celkové zhodnocení navržených změn.

This diploma thesis deals with the rationalization of the production process of the RVH110E + source. The theoretical part describes the division of the production process and the elimination of the loss through the 5S method. The second part of the thesis presents information about TESCAN Brno, s.r.o., where the work was done and here is defined problem location which is the production procedure of the RVH110E + source. This section is followed by a description of the current state of the production of the source from which the main part of the thesis was derived. The main part of the work deals with the optimization of the identified problems in the production process of the sources. The conclusion of the thesis is the overall evaluation of the proposed changes.
