Příprava a organizace sportovních akcí

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje objasnění úskalí organizování basketbalových sportovních akcí v závislosti na místě konání a popisu vývoje pořádaní benefičních sbírek s těmito akcemi souvisejícími. Tyto akce pořádá spolek UniEvents z.s. V teoretické části byly vymezeny základní pojmy související s organizací těchto akcí. Praktická část se zaměřila na detailní rozbor všech pořádaných akcí a rozbor finančních sbírek. Pomocí metody pozorování, dotazníkového šetření, osobního rozhovoru a dvou SWOT analýz, byl objasněn cíl práce a byla navrhnuta patřičná doporučení.

This thesis focuses on clarifying the challenges of organizing basketball sports events depending on the venue, and describing the development of organizing benefit collections associated with these events. These events are organized by the association UniEvents z.s. The theoretical part defined the basic concepts related to the organization of these events. The practical part focused on a detailed analysis of all organized events and an analysis of financial collections. Using the method of observation, questionnaire survey, personal interview, and two SWOT analyses, the goal of the work was clarified and appropriate recommendations were proposed.
