Technická diagnostika obráběcích strojů

Abstract

Diplomová práce hodnotí obráběcí stroje společnosti John Crane a.s. pomocí technické diagnostiky. V úvodu práce je popsáno aktuální nastavení údržby ve společnosti, poté následuje představení čtyř vybraných obráběcích strojů podrobených diagnostickým testům. Experimentální měření je provedeno prostřednictvím vibrodiagnostiky, tribodiagnostiky a termodiagnostiky. Následně jsou uvedena kritéria jednotlivých testů, která obsahují limity pro vyhodnocení spolu s popisem jednotlivých metod využitých při technické diagnostice. K zakončení práce patří zhodnocení výsledků použitých testů, popisu nalezeného problému a jeho odstranění. Závěrem navrhuji nápravná a preventivní opatření pro zamezení opakovaného výskytu nalezených problémů.

The thesis evaluates machine tools of John Crane company by using Technical Diagnostic. The introduction of the thesis describes the maintenance set up the company and presents four machine tools which we tested by Technical Diagnostic. Experimental measuring is provided via Vibrodiagnostic, Tribodiagnostic and Thermodiagnostic. As a following issue there are the criteria of each test stated which contain limits for evaluating the methods with description used during Technical Diagnostic testing. The last part contains an evaluation results of the applied tests, a description of the problems that occurred solution if the problems. Finally, there are corrective and preventive actions proposed, to avoid a repeated occurrence of the problems found.
