The following diploma thesis deals with the design of a jig for turbo-blower support cutting. The introductory part of the thesis gives information about the significance of the jigs in the present-day production of machine parts. It also informs about the goal of the thesis. The first chapter contains the definition, classification and the fundamentals of the construction of machine jigs. The second chapter describes the technological procedure for the production of workpieces. The remaining chapters deal in detail with the design of the jig itself and its implementation. There is an appendix at the back of the thesis containig the design documentation.
