Využití metodiky 8D v praxi

Abstract

Bachelor‘s thesis deals with using of 8D Method in practice at chosen corpotation, which is interest on car pumps production and sensors. 8D Method is the essentials tool for the managing nonconformities in automotive industry. The Theoretical part will be focused on general characteristics of quality, technology and methods for quality management and information system analysis. In the practical part will be using of 8D method and technology at this company at department Supplier quality management. Evaluating of analysis results from the company. Proposals for possible improvements of 8D method using and whole evaluation add value of thesis.
