Návrh strategie a postupu její implementace ve společnosti Mazurek, s.r.o.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vypracování návrhu strategie podniku a návrhu způsobu její implementace. Podnikem, zvoleným pro toto téma, je společnost Mazurek, s.r.o. Strategie musí vycházet z konkrétních podmínek prostředí, ve kterém organizace podniká. Před návrhem strategie bylo tedy nutné provést strategickou analýzu s cílem odhalit příležitosti a ohrožení a zjistit, jaké má firma silné a slabé stránky. Výsledky strategické analýzy byly rekapitulovány formou matice SWOT, která je východiskem návrhu strategie, vhodné pro Mazurek, s.r.o. Ke zvolené strategii byl navržen způsob její implementace. V závěru diplomové práce byla provedena analýza rizik, která s implementací uvažované strategie souvisejí.

The purpose of this thesis is a business strategy design and design of its implementation. The company chosen for this project is Mazurek, s.r.o. Business strategy must reflect the particular conditions of environment in which the company operates. Therefore it was necessary to perform a strategic analysis before strategy setting to uncover opportunities and threats and to find what strengths and weaknesses of the company are. Strategy analysis results were summarized within SWOT analysis, which was a basis for the right strategy selection, suitable for Mazurek, s.r.o. There was also proposed a way of chosen strategy implementation. At the end of the thesis a risks analysis was performed to evaluate risk factors related to the selected strategy.
