Manager of bachelor thesis: Ing. René Siostrzonek, Ph.D. In my bachelor thesis I’m study influence of preparing zinc coating to qualities of protective system. In theoretical part I described zinc coating technology and their technological application in different method to zinc coating. Benefits and disadvantages individual technological application of zinc coating. Technological preparation of surface basic material before zinc coating. Creation protective system (duplex system) and their repairing. In experimental part was described two different types of samples (hot galvanized sheet metal, continually zinc coated sheet metal). Task was finding what consequence have preparation of basic material before application of duplex protective system. We choose as pretreatment degreasing and we evaluate adhesion protective surface. Samples with protective systems was tested on cross cut, lattice and corrosion test also seccesion. Results of this test was recorded compared and evaluated.
