Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with new material application in construction of modern airliners. The thesis firstly describes materials used on currently operated airplanes and new types of materials which are about to take over in this branch. From the perspective of its application the materials are compared on examples of A380 and B787 airplanes. The future development of new materials is foreshadowed in the thesis and it also contains detailed view on the issue of new material application in construction of airliners.
