Abstract
The master thesis deals with the solution of a lifting device for the Tatra back truck axle and it also deals with the disconnection of the drive of the lifted axle. Solutions of other manufacturers are introduced in the introduction. The lifting of the axle is solved by a replacement of a telescopic shock absorber by hydraulic cylinders. These cylinders act as a shock absorber and a lifting mechanism. The disconnection of the drive is solved by using a pneumatically actuated gear coupling. Subsequently, a safety check of designed and related parts is made. The technical documentation for the selected parts was compiled. The result of the thesis includes a design of the hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic system diagram and a design of the axle drive relase mechanism.
