Abstract
The bachelor thesis is aimed at optimization of assembly line and its tacts with lower number of operators. This line assembles various types of gas pedals (BOMs), like: BOM 07276 - LHD KD, BOM 07277 - LHD, BOM 07278 - RHD KD, BOM 07279 - RHD, etc. The bachelor thesis deals with deployment of workers in the workplace and proposes handling times in dependance on the number of operators. By implementing proposed solutions we can achieve better adjustment of variating productions volume and reduce waste, lowering producing cost.
