Abstract

This thesis deals with the application of the robot welding for the production of components of armature. The aim of this work is to evaluate whether it is worth thinking about the replacement of welding of components of armature using manual metal arc welding by using robotic metal arc welding. In order to find out whether welds meet the qualitative requirements, they undergo destructive and non-destructive testing. For non-destructive testing, visual inspection and a penetrant test were used. For destructive testing, macrostructure examination and Vickers hardness test were used.
