Abstract

This work is focused on the issue of employee remuneration. The first part focuses on the description of the knowledge gained from the literature. There are defined the terms, methods and procedures of the issue. The practical part characterizes the selected company and describes the employee remuneration system introduced in the selected company. Subsequently a questionnaire survey was conducted. The conclusion of this section contains suggestions and recommendations that should improve the current system.
