Abstract

This thesis deals with the functions of brakes of vehicles. The introduction describes the history and types of brakes used on rail vehicles. There are also analyzed various functional parts of mechanical brake. The main aim of this work is to create a visualization device functions brakes of rail vehicles and their explanatory text that will serve as a learning tool.
