Abstract
This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of an employee appraisal system in company XY. The primary objective is to create an effective and practical tool to increase employee productivity, motivation and satisfaction. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the methodology used and the theoretical assumptions for employee evaluation. The practical part describes the actual process of implementing the evaluation system, including the specification of criteria and methods used in the evaluation. Finally, the thesis concludes by suggesting specific steps for the smooth implementation of the appraisal system. At the same time, the chapter summarizes the main findings of the thesis and recommends further options for the development and improvement of the appraisal system.
