Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of a business plan for a consulting company specializing in supply chain management and logistics consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises. The aim of the thesis is to design a realistic, economically feasible, and practically applicable business plan for a company providing SCM consulting services based on theoretical knowledge, market analysis, and business environment analysis. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, business planning, and supply chain management with a focus on the specifics of small and medium-sized enterprises, process management, and business consulting. The thesis also addresses modern trends in supply chain management, analytical and optimization tools, and the importance of digitalization and data analytics. The analytical part evaluates the business environment and market conditions in the Zlín Region using PESTLE analysis, Porter’s Five Forces model, and SWOT analysis. The practical part contains a detailed business plan for the company Suprachain s.r.o., including a description of provided services, business model, marketing plan, organizational structure, and financial plan in three development scenarios. The thesis also identifies key business risks and proposes measures for their management. The result of the thesis is a comprehensive business proposal reflecting current market needs and modern trends in logistics and SCM consulting.
