Analýza nákupního chování zákazníků prodejny se sportovním oblečením

Abstract

The topic of this Bachelor thesis is entitled "Purchasing behaviour analysis of sport clothes store customers". The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to analyze purchasing behaviour of customers in sport clothes store. The data for the research were collected by individual interview and by analysis of customer´s receipts. The research shows the results, that sport clothes are shopped mostly by men. Bigger half of the customers are regular customers of this sport clothes store.Half of the customers are shopping in purpose of planned sport action. Results could be used by manager for making better communication with customers.
