Abstract

Abstract This thesis is focused on the evaluation of the effectiveness of quality management in company LANEX a.s. The aim of this work is to propose recommendations to improve the existing management systém. The theoretical part focuses on the importance of quality, a description of approaches to quality management systems and continuous improvement. The practical part deals with the analysis of current quality management system certified under ISO 9001:2000. This questionnaire method was used. The result is a determination of the company's strengths and areas for improvement. The final part deals with the results interpretation and recommendations for the company management.
