Abstract
This Master thesis deals with measuring CNC machinetool accuracy with different condition. The theoretical part deals with the description of the device, description of basic measuring CNC metod, parametr settings and construction solution of CNC machine. In practical part of work, I deal with the measurement of a machine tool Hyundai Wia F500 plus. I used two types of methods.
