Optimalizace systému péče o investiční majetek v podniku Vápenka Vitošov s.r.o.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou systému péče o investiční majetek a organizací údržby a oprav ve výrobních procesech v podniku Vápenka Vitošov s.r.o.

V úvodu práce je uveden stručný teoretický základ systému péče o investiční majetek a řízení údržby a oprav. Dále pak je popsán výrobní program a organizační struktura podniku Vápenka Vitošov s.r.o., na který navazuje analýza současného stavu péče o investiční majetek a organizace údržby a oprav. Poté je specifikován problém v systému řízení údržby a oprav a navrženo řešení. Poslední část diplomové práce se zabývá péčí o vybraný investiční majetek (bubnový mlýn oběhový, což je hlavní zařízení provozního souboru mlýnice vápence střediska úpravny vápence).

This thesis deals with the issue of the care system of an investment and maintenance and reparation organization in Vápenka Vitošov s.r.o.

There is mentioned the brief theoretical principle of care system of investment and maintenance and reparation management in the introduction of this thesis. Production programme and organization structure of Vápenka Vitošov s.r.o. are described next. The analysis of the present situation of the investment care system and maintenance and reparation management follows. Then, the problem in the investment care system and maintenance and reparation management is specified and the problem solution is suggested. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the attention to the chosen fiscal assets (circulatory orbicular mill, which is the main part of the limestone mill centre).
