Tváření tištěné slitiny AlSi10Mg metodou úhlového protlačování rovnostranným kanálem

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on verifying the possibility of forming the printed aluminium alloy AlSi10Mg by the ECAP method. The ECAP method can be characterized as a progressive forming method that prepares very fine-grained materials. A very important factor in the extrusion process is the selection of suitable forming conditions. The basic parameters are primarily temperature, tool geometry, number of repeated passes and choice of deformation path. The work contains the results of metallographic analysis and basic analysis of mechanical properties (tensile tests and hardness) and their evaluation.
