Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on characterization of optical properties of thin film fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO). This film is used as transparent conductive oxide. To develop optical models of the studied sample, a review of models of the different TCO is presented. Geometry of the developed model of the studied FTO sample is derived from transmission electron micrograph. To determine optical functions and geometry of the sample, experimental data measured by spectroscopic ellipsometry and spectrophotometry are fitted.
