Optimalizace interního logistického toku

Abstract

In this master thesis there are some suggestions of arrangements for optimization of the internal logistic flow in DURA Automotive Systems Company. The method Milk Run is used in the internal logistic which is done with two supply trains. This diploma thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The methods, by which it is possible to optimize the internal logistic flow, are described in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with mapping the logistic flow and with the application of methods, which will lead to optimization. The performed actions are described and evaluated in the last capture. The evaluation of the suggestions leading to optimization of the internal logistic flow is in the conclusion of this project.
