Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with actual system of visual defects inspection focused on creation of more efficient inspection method and minimizing of visual defects occurrence for a final product. At the start of the thesis there is a theroretical analysis of qualitative product parameters having impact on customer risks. Further there is a description of the actual visual defects inspection methodics and determination of possible key factors having negative impact on visual defects throughput. Author suggests modification of the methodics and based on test sample he compares efficiency of present (without implemented system corrections) and new designed alternative of visual defects inspection. At the end of the thesis he compares and evaluates actual methodics and new designed alternative of visual defects inspection both technically and economically.
