Tvorba metrologického pořádku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou metrologie a metrologických postupů. V úvodu této práce jsou uvedeny všeobecné informace o metrologii a její historii. Dále řeší problém Směrnice o metrologii u Správy silnic Olomouckého kraje, který nastal po provedeném auditu. V následující části je zpracována nová Směrnice o metrologii, kde jsou uvedeny povinnosti zaměstnanců při práci s měřidly, postupy při ověření a kalibraci, nákup a evidenci a následně vyřazení nevyhovujících měřidel. Nová Směrnice o metrologii by se měla stát platným dokumentem SSOK a měla by zlepšit hospodaření s měřidly a tím i ekonomiku u SSOK.

The bachelor Thesis deals with problems of metrology and metrology procedures. In the introduction, general information about metrology and its history is presented. The thesis also addresses the problem of Metrology management at Road Administration of the Olomouc Region, which stemmed after their audit. In the following sections, a new Directive of Metrology is elaborated together with the responsibilities of the employees, who work with meters, the prodecures for verifications and calibration, purchase and recording, and the subsequent exclusion of unsatistactory gauges. The new Directive of Metrology should be represent a valid document for the SSOK and should improve the management of gauges, and thus the ecomony of the SSOK.
