Abstract

In my master’s project I will discuss the issue of customer relationship management in the organization ČEZ Customer Services, Ltd., which is part of the group controlled by ČEZ. Based on theoretical knowledge on how to keep customers and practical analysis of customer relationship management in the company will be suggested another possible solutions to improve to a closer relationship with customers. An integral part will be cost analysis, customer profitability and competition issues.
