Personální audit

Abstract

The topic of thesis is personal audit. The project is separand into two areas – the theoretical area and the practical one. Main motos of personal audit and team-work are in the theoretiacal part. In the practical part, there are two tests – The Belbins test of team´s roles, which says how to make a team and The test of emocional enteligention, which describes maturity and charakter of workers, who have partaken this project. A new composition, which is much more effective, is proposed in the end of analitic part.
