Abstract
Resolving Complaints through 8D Report in the Series Production
The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyse 8D Report deficiencies, evaluate the critical areas and identify a possible opportunities to improve the level of processing 8D Reports. The theoretical part is analysing a current approaches to solving quality problems and the appropriate tools. Practical part is followed by current approach status of solving quality problems in terms of LPS Automotive Ltd., plastic products producer. There are processed analysis of 8D Reports procedure for monitored period and are evaluated major 8D weak point results. Based on results from findings are proposed suitable corrective actions.
