Hodnocení bezkontaktních metod měření geometrických tvarů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with non-contact measurement methods. The theoretical part contains an analysis of the current state of contact and non-contact measurement, including an explanation of the basic requirements dimensional accuracy and geometric accuracy of shape and relative position. It also includes an introduction to the various methods of contact and non-contact measurement of components manufactured by additive manufacturing, including a description of the equipment used for measurement. For the experimental part, a 3D model of the part containing various geometric shapes was created, which were subsequently manufactured by additive manufacturing - SLM method. The geometric shapes on the part were measured by non-contact measurement method and the measured values were statistically processed. The result of the work is an evaluation of the measurement results.
