Thesis head: Vrtek, M. For this bachelor thesis I chose a topic – Project of Water Heating Using Solar Energy. This thesis deals with the usage of solar collector for water heating in a detached house. In the first part, the reader is offered few opportunities of using the solar energy, then there are described basic types of solar collectors and specifics of their connections. The second part is about the solar collector for a concrete detached house with particular number of inhabitants (my own detached house for six people). The conclusion contains economical and environmental valorization of the collector I proposed.
